While we always strive to support our customers whenever possible, some conditions are considered normal ownership maintenance, environmental movement, manufacturer-related matters, or conditions outside of workmanship warranty coverage. Examples of commonly requested items that are typically NOT considered workmanship warranty issues include:
      • Minor paver settling caused by natural earth movement, soil conditions, drainage changes, or normal environmental settlement
      • Hairline concrete or grout cracking caused by natural expansion/contraction
      • Variations in natural stone appearance, weathering, fading, or mineral changes
      • Damage caused by improper water chemistry or lack of maintenance
      • Equipment issues caused by power surges, lightning, flooding, freezing temperatures, or external damage
      • Normal wear and tear associated with aging materials
      • Surface staining caused by leaves, metals, landscaping, irrigation systems, or organic debris
      • Deck movement related to tree roots, erosion, or surrounding site conditions
Please note that a site visit or diagnostic inspection may be required to determine warranty eligibility. If the issue is determined to fall outside of warranty coverage, diagnostic, travel, labor, or repair costs may apply. Any non-warranty charges will be communicated prior to proceeding with repairs whenever possible.
